General Provisions

Hotel Aditya Premier reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and the version in effect at the time of the guest's stay shall apply. In the event of any dispute arising from a guest's stay, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. By completing a reservation and checking in, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies outlined herein.
